Apple may unveil its first camera-equipped AirPods sooner than expected, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman. The report points to a second prototype, codenamed B790, that appears closer to release than the previously known B798 model. References to B790 have surfaced in iOS 27, while earlier reports indicate the earbuds will support Visual Intelligence instead of photography. Apple is also said to be evaluating AirPods Ultra branding, with the more advanced B798 version still expected to arrive in late 2027.
